Filter Swap is a trade name of Royal HVAC LLC ("Filter Swap," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect through filterswap.com, how we use it, and the service providers that process it for us. Our mailing address is 5475 Harlan St, Arvada, CO 80002. Information you give us
When you request a free HVAC health audit, we collect the five items on the form: your name, work email, mobile phone number, company or organization name, and the service address. If you call or email us instead, we collect the contact information and details you provide in that conversation.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule and perform the audit, prepare your report and any quote you ask for, and manage our customer relationship with you in our customer records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it for us
Your form submission is handled by a small number of service providers acting on our instructions:
- Lovable hosts this website.
- Supabase stores form submissions so a technical failure elsewhere never loses your request.
- Zapier passes the submission to our customer system.
- Pipedrive is our customer relationship system, where your request becomes a lead we follow up on.
- Google Workspace delivers the email alert our team receives about your request and handles our business email.
Each provider processes the information only to provide its service to us.
Information collected automatically
This site is deliberately simple, and it does not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, chat widgets, or session-recording tools.
- Security cookie. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) sets a bot-management cookie (
__cf_bm) that helps distinguish real visitors from automated traffic. It is a security measure and expires shortly after your visit. - Deployment cookie. Our host sets a cookie (
__dpl) connected with serving the current version of the site. - Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google to fetch the font files.
- Platform telemetry. Our website platform sends aggregated technical events about page delivery to its own systems through this site's address. We do not use it to build visitor profiles.
Nothing you type into the audit form is transmitted anywhere until you press the submit button.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email or phone number above. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale to opt out of.
Retention and security
We keep request and customer information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and our ordinary business records, and we protect it with account security on the systems listed. No internet transmission is completely secure, but access to these systems is limited to our team and our providers.
Children
This is a commercial service for businesses. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date above.
